Ed Ruch

Ed Ruch graduated with a B.M. in Classical Guitar Performance from The Peabody Conservatory as well as a B.M. of Arts in Film and Media Studies from The Johns Hopkins University. He's been teaching guitar to all ages for the past seven years in public and private schools, colleges, music centers, and arts magnet schools. He specializes in teaching classical music but also teaches folk, classic rock, and the blues. He also teaches his students to read music, use their ears, and to understand basic music theory so that they can continue learning outside the lessons in whatever their musical endeavors may be.
